Eurowebtainment Supports ASACP

LOS ANGELES – Attendees at this year's upcoming Eurowebtainment meeting will have the opportunity to learn more about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and its work on behalf of the online adult industry.

Eurowebtainment is a professional, international event for Internet, telecommunication and SAT/Web-TV entertainment providers. The 13th Eurowebtainment offers seminars, speeches, company presentations, networking opportunities and more and will be held in Majorca, Spain on May 8-11.

“ASACP is unable to attend every conference because of its limited budget; however we are very grateful the event organizers have volunteered to represent ASACP and help us to educate people about ASACP and the industry’s efforts to protect children on an international level,” Joan Irvine, ASACP CEO, said. “It is only through community efforts that ASACP is able to spread the word about the industry’s child protection effort. I send my sincere appreciation to Eurowebtainment.”

“The Eurowebtainment meeting is known as the most important business event of its kind in Europe and we are pleased to help represent ASACP at this event,” Thomas Wagner of Eurowebtainment said. “Key players in the industry need a professional b-2-b environment to exchange business content and business ideas. Networking takes place in a relaxing atmosphere. Interesting presentations and gala-parties enhance this special business event.”

Founded in 1996, the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating child pornography from the Internet and also works to help parents prevent children from viewing age-inappropriate material online.
